Jui Village, located in the Uran district of Navi Mumbai, is strategically positioned near significant infrastructure projects and future developments. Also known as Mothi Jui and Dhakti Jui. The village is in close proximity to the Ranjanpada Railway Station, making it well-connected to the rest of the Mumbai metropolitan area through the local railway network. MMRDA Development Plans:

As part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority’s (MMRDA) ambitious initiative to transform 124 villages, Jui Village is included in the plan to form a new, modern township called KSC New Town Karanala Sai Chirner. This township will be developed in phases, with the first phase covering 29 villages, including Jui, and the second phase expanding to 88 villages. The MMRDA has already issued two notices to landowners in Jui Village, with the land acquisition process set to proceed after a total of four notices. Once acquired, the land will be developed into residential, commercial, and industrial spaces, offering landowners 22.5% of developed residential plots in exchange for their agricultural land.

  • MTHL Sea Link: The Atal Setu (MTHL) is a major ongoing infrastructure project that will connect Navi Mumbai to South Mumbai via a sea bridge. Once completed, it will significantly reduce travel time and enhance connectivity between Jui Village and South Mumbai, boosting economic opportunities in the region.
  • Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA): The Navi Mumbai International Airport, slated to be operational soon, is one of the most significant infrastructure developments in the region. The MMRDA’s development plans for Jui Village are part of a broader vision to turn the region into a major urban hub. The area has been designated as part of the future “Aerocity”, a planned commercial, business, and residential hub. This designation signals that the government envisions the region as a center for both commercial activity and urban living, providing ample opportunities for investment and development.

Investment by Blackstone:

To further support the development of this region, Blackstone, a prominent global investment firm, has committed to investing $11 billion in the MMRDA’s project, further bolstering the region’s growth prospects and creating a conducive environment for real estate development, business ventures, and economic activity.
